  for example:the watchtower study edition, march 15, 2015, pages 8-10:.

  in recent years, the spiritual instruction provided by jehovahs organization has reflected an increased emphasis on simplicity and clarity.

  I don't think that institutionalized shunning -- which can be instituted/repealed with the stroke of a pen at the whim of a small group of delusional men -- can be equated with an individual's personal decision to keep toxic people out of their lives or at an arm's length.

  How long until the "Generation" gets Revised/Dropped?

  if you don't already know this; the latest revision of the insight book has no mention of the "overlapping generation" bs online library, insight book .

  obviously that change will not bee seen by the vast majority of people, so when will this "brighter light" shine through in a wt or assembly talk?

  Rumor about the Imitate Jesus Convention

  i saw a rumor a few weeks ago on reddit that the new imitate jesus convention is supposed to present new light and clarified understandings on the disfellowshipping/disassociation practices.. supposedly, if this rumor has any truth to it, there will be a talk given at the convention about how we should not be strict like the pharisees in how we shun people, loosening up some of the jw rules about this practice.. has anyone here heard anything about this or have more info on it?.

  i know there's another thread about this specially talented musician's passing- but this guy was a torch carrier from the old bluesmen like muddy waters, howlin wolf, john lee hooker, and lightnin' hopkins who made chuck berry millions of $$$$$$ and collaborated with rock n rollers like bono of u2 .

  these old bluesmen from the 1940's deserve all the credit for the babv that the blues ended up giving birth to- rock and roll music.

  any comments are appreciated and welcome for b.b., music, or the blues in general pour your heart out.

  so the sanctification of children of "christians" depends on the holiness of their parents not the "baptism" of young children.
